Can we use a parameter for "Modeled" of Hole tool?
Can we walk throw all Hole features and edit there "Modeled" attribute via API? #may be I shell ask it at API forum?

if your design contains threaded holes, there is a widget in the browser that will change all the holes in your design to either Cosmetic or Modeled. So, no there is no parameter, and I don't know whether there is an API for this, but you can make this change interactively:
