Toggle for Display Settings -> Object visibility -> Joints

It would be amazing to have (or be able to assign) a shortcut (hotkey) to hide and unhide all Joints.

Any way to achieve this?

Best regards,
Andrew

not today, without writing some Python code.  But, I agree that this would be useful.  There is the "Object visibility" setting:

which is kind of a global visibility override.  If you have all the joints in your design visible (eyeball in the browser), you can use this to turn them all on/off at once.  If you forget you did this, though, it can lead to frustration ("why can't I see my joints - the eyeball is on in the browser?").  And, there is no shortcut for this, either.

Hi Jeff,

The item you circled was exactly what I was referring to. I'd love to have (or be able to assign) a shortcut for that checkbox. One can click on a joint in the Design workspace and hit the 'v' key - but that can get cumbersome when there are many joints.

I often like to save screen captures to share designs with colleagues etc. and prefer to hide the joints for this - so I'm constantly clicking on the display settings and navigating to Object Visibility ... it's super annoying - especially since the icon is teeny and then you have to hover over the flyout menu... ugh. 🙂

Hope this can be addressed in a future release!

Best regards,
Andrew
