Timeline does not show Design History.

Hello! 
I press go to the begin on Timeline. And we see a long design history.

Then I press go to end    on Timeline. And now timeline contains only the last design step. 

I do not see design history and I can not scroll the timeline (nor horizontal slider, neither mouse wheel works).

Is it Ok?

It opens fine and the timeline is intact.  I exported what I downloaded with a different name.  Try it out.

It is super faint, but there is a scroll bar above the timeline. It looks like you need to drag it back to see the whole thing.
