This operation could not be completed - Fusion Freezes

Over the last few weeks Fusion is freezing for me and I have to Ctrl/Alt/Del and close the task. Upone existing I get the message below. Seems to have been since the last but one update.

How did you get this error message? During you launching Fusion 360 or any operations in Fusion 360?

The error occurs at seemingly random times during Fusion 360 sessions, Fusion hangs with the spinning Windows 11 loading circle, I use Ctrl/alt/del to end the process and that's when the 'operation cannot be completed' error message appears.
