The resolution of objects in drawing mode is low
In your image you have not placed the view or accepted\finished the command. While setting up the views you only get a low res preview, when the view is created when you finish the command you should get clean lines. Also please don't attach pictures, use the Photo option or just paste them into the message direct from the clipboard.
