The "insert McMaster-carr component" function does not import 3d files

After a pc reset, I downloaded fusion 360 again and, trying to import a 3d model from the "insert MacMaster-Car component" function, as I used to do, I noticed that nothing happens when I press on "product detail" (with the sign CAD of course).
I've tried several files but it doesn't work with any.

It's some kinda bug Or something set wrong? How can I remedy this?

yes, I do.

Eventually, I solved the problem. It was a mechanical problem with the left mouse button, which sometimes did not perceive the click.
