The Installation of Fusion 360 is not installing.

I'm trying to work at home on a school project for school, and I'm trying to install Fusion 360 on my laptop. When I am installing it, it always stops at around 30%, an error message pops up and says " We are not sure what is preventing installation". It told me to come here for help, and now this is where I am currently at. Can I get help?

I'll post the log file below......

Uhm...yeah, I don't know how to do a screencast URL, so i just put it in attachments. If that's not good enough, please explain how to do it. Please reply back ASAP, and thank you.

You need to just attach the log file because no one can read it in your movie!  Plus it is really long and you covered only a very small section.  Just find the log file and attach it as shown below.

It would seem from your log file that you are possibly using a Proxy or a VPN service to connect to the internet.  Disable these and try again.  Also it always helps to know what operating system your computer is using.

My laptop is a Windows 10 Pro Education Edition, its Version 1909, and the system type is 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor.

Also, I'm trying to disable the "Use setup script" in Proxy, but its not allowing me. Is that going to be a problem?

Is your Windows 10 installation and configuration under your control or are you at the mercy of a network administrator?  For a normal user it is a simple task to turn off Windows 10 proxy by going into Settings and just turning everything off as shown below.  If you are not in control of your installation you also have little chance of configuring the proxy settings and ports to allow for the installation and use of Fusion 360 since it is a cloud based installation and application.  If you do have control but still are restricted in your proxy settings, this article may help.
