• Update Fusion 360 to the latest version. Here is an overview of How to check for updates in Fusion 360.
   

Try the following to resolve the issue: 

1. Manually select to work offline on the offending computer
2. Open the design with the sync issue from the data panel while in offline mode
3. Make a cosmetic change and then save a new version of the design while in offline mode.
4. Go back online and see if the design will sync.

Also consider the following procedure:

1. Make a back-up of anything that has not saved to the cloud.
