Text box background colour

Is there any way to add a coloured text box into a part drawing. Essentially I want to add a blue banner to a page and have white text inside it. Is there any way or workaround to be able to do this? Thanks

You can insert an image of a blue rectangle, then add your text on top of that.
See the image below.
I will add this request (ability to change text box background colour) to our feature request table.
