I have, or thought I had a licence for Fusion360 as a hobbyist learning CAD/CAM, since your latest update now my Term has Expired. Does this mean you have withdrawn support for such licences?

If so I had better find something else to learn on.

These types of licenses are still supported.  I believe you might just be running into an extension of the bug that was recently fixed.  The top of the newest update on the blog (https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/blog/june-4-2019-product-update-whats-new/) explains this a bit.

From the post: "We pushed a small update today – apparently there was an issue where Fusion 360 wasn’t showing you that your license has expired, even though it was actually expired, so we just went ahead and “fixed the glitch”. With that said, this doesn’t block you from using Fusion 360, but you’ll need to re-subscribe or renew a license to save your work. Click on the “Buy Now” button and that should get you back on track. If you’re having trouble with this, get with our support team or post in our support forum and we’ll help you get sorted. "

What message or notice do you current see when you try to use fusion?  I just confirmed from my account that the hobbyist/startup account still is valid with the latest update, see picture below from my help > about screen as of a minute ago.

Hi @SolubleSpork  and @graham.j.bland ,

We just became aware of this.... If you truly do have an entitlement for Fusion 360 via your Autodesk Account, then this message is shown in error.

In any case, it should NOT prohibit you from saving or creating new projects. It is truly just a message that should not be appearing. Can you confirm this?

Thanks,

I am getting this message as well. I have an entitlement via my FeatureCAM subscription, but Fusion shows no active license on the About page and I get the "expired:buy now" message on the top right. No issues saving or working so far though?

I had the same problem.  If you close Fusion then go to your web browser and delete your cache then restart Fusion it should sort the problem.  It did for me.
