Hi @joncolinleonard,
Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!
I am sorry to hear that, but I think I can get this straightened out for you! Can you send a copy of the invoice or contract number to my email at james.youmatz@autodesk.com. I'll take a peek and see that everything looks okay in our backend and everything is synced up.
Just to rule out that this is on Fusion's end, can you try the following for me:
1. Remove the LoginState.xml file and Restart Fusion 360:
Mac OS
- Close Fusion 360
- In Terminal, type the below command and press enter
open ~/library/
- In the Subsequent Finder window (Macintosh HD > Users > %Profile% > Library), browse to
~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Web Services
NOTE - if you are on a version from the Mac App Store, browse to: ~/Library/Containers/com.autodesk.mas.fusion360/Data/Library/Application Support/Autodesk
- In the Web Services (or Autodesk for App Store) Directory, locate the LoginState.xml file
- Right click on LoginState.xml and select Move to Trash
- Restart Fusion 360
Windows
- Close Fusion 360
- In windows explorer browse to %localappdata%\autodesk\web services
- In the Web Services directory, right lick on the LoginState.xml file and select delete
- Restart Fusion 360
Once removed and Fusion is restarted if you are still seeing it, can you please try the following:
- Click the red "Term Has Expired" button.
- Select Buy, but DO NOT buy it again. It will launch a webpage, but feel free to exit out of it. Has the red badge away.
- If so, restart Fusion and verify that it remains gone. If successful, you should be able to go the Help menu, select About and have the Active Plan say subscription.
Thanks,
James Youmatz
