Template to send out for Vinyl cutting?

How can I create a file (dxf) that is the correct size and dimension to send out to a printer for vinyl printing/plotting?

That vinyl will then be applied wrapped to that same object.

Hi @peteZ97TK 

Make sure that your view is set to a scale of 1:1 and the DXF will be 1:1.

If it's too big for the sheet, don't worry, the DXF export ignores this. In the image below, I have turned off my border and Title Block, the DXF output will only show the views.

You don’t need a 2d drawing 

You can Save out the Sketch as Dxf, limited to one file per Sketch, 

Or download DXFer from Github, - need a solid model and it exports the faces of all parts.into one file.

Then there is Manufacturing if you have the machine post suit your cutter.
