Template shows incorrectly

Dear people,

I saved a drawing template with a logo and some editable text in it. It worked fine for a couple of months. However, when I saved it again after adding another editable text (Fig.1) , it started misbehaving. 

It looked perfect when I opened the file separately on a new tab. However, both the image and the editable text disappeared (Fig.2) when I selected the same using the "Create Drawing" feature from a 3D model.

Any help is highly appreciated.
