Team member cannot access a specific project

I need help with Fusion Teams Hub. One of my team member has the "Read access denied" error upon trying to open a the project he must work on. Deactivating and reactivating him changes nothing, trying to remove him raises the "Failed to sync with Oxygen" error on my side. I'm a bit at a loss here 😅
