Team hub project transfer

I have been waiting on this Transfer to team hub update to finish, but progress is painfully slow.  Im going on day 4 now with hardly any progress being shown.  Is there anything I can do

Can you collect your log files? and share herein the next reply? 

Try reinstalling Fusion and/or clearing cache, let me know if this solution works

If I re install fusion my current projects wont be lost?

If all the projects are stored on the cloud, they will not be lost.
