Hello,

I am a high school CAD teacher in a MAC school district. Over the last week, we have been having a plethora of issues with Fusion 360 not allowing us to connect to online mode.  My students and now I have been receiving the following message on our screens "You have been working in offline mode for more than the allowed period of 2 weeks.
Please login to your A360 account to continue". I met with our school district IT department and we have worked through every possible trouble shooting that we could to no avail. We have logged out and in, restarted the computers, uninstalled Fusion 360 and reinstalled it, cleared directories and verified that ports were open and that we did not have any DNS issues. The image attached was the only thing that we could find. We white listed the links and that still did not work. Our IT team even connected to an unrestricted internet connection and that did not make a difference. We need assistance and a fix to this ASAP as we are in the middle of our Trimester modeling project.

Thanks,

@pautschm1 Our apologies for this experience but almost always these are some networking issues that cause this.

Can you give me some more details on the below?

1. Is this on windows/Mac?
2. Do you have your machine for example that you can connect to another network (like a mobile hotspot for example) and see if Fusion goes online?
3. If you are on windows please go to - Add/remove programs - Autodesk Fusion - MODIFY- This will launch the service utility - Run the Gather system info and attach the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip
4. If you are on a Mac then go to launch pad and launch the Fusion service utility.

Hello,

My attached screenshot was from the Mac service utility for Fusion 360. We have tried all of the options. Our IT staff believe it is an issue on your end. I wish it was easier to get someone on the phone to troubleshoot this with. We have gone through all of the Mac troubleshooting found online for Fusion 360.

@pautschm1 Apart from the above two in the fusion service utility , if you run the reset Fusion option does that help?
