Tabs Problem

Hi, i have some problem in manufature. The problem is tabs, is not reamain the same size when create operation, editing tools, and more. It became very annoying after a while..

Please watch the video (attach video) to understand what is happening, and maybe someone has an answer for me..

Or its just a bug in fusion?
