Tab and slot ??

i was wondering why my fusion 360 dose not have the tab and slot function
i just downloaded it this past week

Tab and Slot is an unfamiliar function to me.  Do you mean Pin - Slot Assembly Joint instead?  If there really is a Tab and Slot function, could describe it a bit more.

Tab and slot is usually found in sheet metal portion of fusion 360

It is used to join two parts together with a tab on one part and a slot on another

Are you certain that it isn’t some other MCAD SoftWare?

Surprised that after 4 years this still isn't a feature, it's the one feature that keeps making me swap back to other software

Just thought I would reply to this thread instead of creating a new one. I do a ton of sheet metal design work and this feature would be a massive time and headache saver. Would love to see it implemented.

Same here, this is a feature I used daily in solid works, making the switch to fusion will be difficult without it. ChatGPT said there was a TabandSlot script  for this, but that script no longer seems to being in the Scripts and Add-ins Utility.
