switching from student license to paid seat

hi, ive been using fusion for about 2-3 years now through my student account, created a startup business (still on student account), and now i bought a seat and i can not figure out for the life of me how to switch over.  ive followed the links ava gives, but i run into roadbloacks when certain windows arent anywhere to be found, ive talked to someone at autodesk help, created a case number, but the links he provided are useless to me because they are for autocad, and it tells me to do things that i cant find in the fusion help menus.  thats the long story, short story- need help switching from educational version to paid version without loosing all my data.  im positive its all on the same email.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting in the forum! I'm sorry to hear that you received the wrong article from us.

At this moment, if you have both educational and paid subscriptions, educational subscription prevails and Fusion does not show as paid version. For Fusion to detect your paid subscription, we will need to remove educational subscription from your Autodesk account, and this process can only be done on our side.

Before proceeding with this process, I need to check one thing with you. If we remove educational license from your Autodesk account, that will affect all the Autodesk products that you have access to, and this is not limited to Fusion 360. Would that be fine by you? If so, please let me know and I'll ask the team that handles account related request to do this.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hello!

The same problem here with me.

Can you remove all of my educational subscriptions in order to work with my paid version of Fusion 360?

Or alternatively, who should I call?

Thank you in advance,

Best regards,

George

Hello, I have the same problem. I want to use one of our company licenses for the Fusion 360 Ultimate. There is already linked a license to me. I now use a student version. Very important is the fact that I need to keep my Fusion360 data in the cloud !!!!!

I downloaded Fusion 360 for personal use, but I'm looking to test all of its tools and decided to do the trial period. I've already downloaded it several times through the Trial version and whenever I open Fusion I get the same message for personal use and the same functionality blocks.

Can you remove my license from personal and switch to trial version?
