Switched to a trial account after inactivity. Files missing!

I haven't logged into my Free fusion account for a couple of months. When I did today, it didn't recognize my email address so i had to set it up again. It has now switched me to a trial account, and all my files are missing. PLEASE HELP.

Just to confirm are you sure you used the same email? It's likely possible that you created a new account today and that is why you are on trial and do not see any of your files. 

Can you direct message me your email used to register for Fusion?

My mistake. I had had a problem when setting up an account originally, so I had used an alternative email address. Rajkumar was excellent in helping me see the error of my ways. Thanks Rajkumar 👍
