You should attach your model for a better response. Open the model in Fusion, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Attach to a reply post.

I broke the link of the Power Cord, in your assembly, so I could send the file back as an F3D file. Do not use this file as it is just for illustration. I created the Sweep from the opposite end of the cord as there was some issue with your sketch, which was not constrained by the way. Model attach.
