I don't understand why an .svg file that I created from a scanned file (~6" sq) imports miniscule (would have to be scaled up over 400% to reach the original size) when the default scale (1.0) is chosen ?

Hi,

The cause will lie in the export settings of the original application.

First, I would remove the fixation (green) and scale the sketch in Fusion.

Create a new sketch and create a Center Point Rectangle that is 6" Square.  Finish the sketch and then Insert SVG and using the scale handle and centering handle to fit it inside the sketched square.

Thanks for the assistance.  Really appreciate it!  The solution seems to be spot on (I've tried the solution).  The only thing still unresolved for me is WHY did one other svg file (generated by the same CNC program that I use) work and the file you have helped with didn't. It's been toooo many years since I've worked with CAQD programs (I'm a retired HS teacher).

Again, Thank You.
