Survey Notification doesn't open browser (macOS)

I got a notification to participate in a Survey. It appeared under the notification bell icon after the most recent update.

Since the update, I have restarted the computer at least twice for non-fusion related reasons. I tried to click the link to open the survey to participate, but nothing happens. It doesn't even flinch. Doesn't open a window. Clicking on the link doesn't close the notification box either. It's as if the box is not registering clicks. 

It is registering clicks on the X icon to clear the notifications, but now I can't take the survey and I think Autodesk should know that it's not going to get the amount of user input it should if the link doesn't do anything.
