Support Required - Appearance menu is no longer displaying -Can anybody Help please

It may seem that since the recent update my "Appearance Menu" will no longer display.

I have tried all 3 ways (Shortcut, Right Click, and via the Modify menu), but neither seem to function.

Note: the Physical menu appears and I can select a physical material, but can no longer change the appearance of my projects.

Edit: I have even tried to Uninstall and Reinstall the Package, in case an error had occurred, but this has not made any difference.

Can anyone assist please

Are you on Windows OS or on a Mac OS?

Have you been using two monitors and now only one (dialog box off screen)?

Apologies, I forgot to add OS.  I am using Windows 10 (Latest update)

No, I have not been using 2 screens, only use my laptop with this software.

ALBEIT it is a little out dated, but it does the job for now until I can afford an upgrade.

I also keep getting a very strange Right Click menu appear. I thought I had sorted that out, but it has again appeared a few times today.

I am running Fusion on an 11 year old computer with Windows 10.

What are your system specs (especially graphics card and driver (I sure hope it isn't Intel Integrated Graphics))?

Shift Win S to grab screen capture and Ctrl v in a Reply here to show what you see as "strange".

Yes unfortunately it is Intel Intergrated... but it has been working with no problem until the latest update.

I've tried those settings, still not allowing the Appearance menu to appear.

Here is another type of unusual activity. This one appears when I right click over the BODY of an object within my project.

The other one (Above) is when I Right click over the Browser selection

Is there anyone out there who can maybe assist with this outstanding matter.

Is there anyway I can check on my C: drive to ensure the Appearance Libraries are present. Just seems very odd that the Physical Material option works, but the Appearance pop up box does not appear.
