I tried to open fusion and it said my license was expired and I needed to do an update. After the update it said I was on a 30 day free trial. I have a hobby license so I contacted online support. They cancelled the trial and told me to uninstall and reinstall fusion and restart the computer. I did that and now all it shows is I have an expired subscription and online support cannot resolve the issue. Logging out and back in, several restarts has not resolved the issue. Online support advised me to make a case on the forums

@skasperskiND8NK Can you please try the below? If this does not work, can you DM me your email used to register Fusion?

Windows:
  1. Log out of Fusion
  2. Close Fusion
  3. Go to - C:\Users\USER ID\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<o2id>\ DELETE OfflineCache.xml
  4. Now start Fusion again

Mac:
  1. Logout of Fusion
  2. Close Fusion
  3. Launch Finder - Go - Go to folder - type the below
  4. ~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/
  5. You will find a folder in there that is a unique ID folder
  6. Go into that folder and find and delete OfflineCache.xml
  7. Now launch and login to Fusion

@skasperskiND8NK My bad there. It should be a I think 12-15 characters unique name folder.
