Students not able to utilize Educational License

I have an Educational License at my school that was set up properly by the IT department.  However, some of my students have "Educational License" in the upper left hand corner of their screens, while others have "Trial Expired".  I need to get all of them on the Educational License but don't know how.  I had a ticket opened about this that was closed, but several of my students still have the "Expired" message.

Did you have each student create an Autodesk account?

I had two students have issue, one said Expired and the other 30-day Trial.

The resolve the issues by following suggestions here

The steps you need are shown at about 1:10. https://knowledge.autodesk.com/community/screencast/46eef1ba-9c4c-4e21-967e-6a14a2203a56

Thanks!  I'll give this a try.  I did have the students attempt to update their accounts from the website, but this did not work for some students (they were never given the option to select their school).  Hopefully this will produce different results.

My students don't have an option for Educational use when they click on the button.  Here is what they see instead:

Looks like maybe they did not sign up originally for a student account.

What happens when you click one of those options and then Continue?

It just gives them an option to purchase a license.

I'm pretty sure none of my students signed up originally with a student account (my fault!).  Some were able to convert over to the student account but others weren't.

What does that screen look like? Do you have the option shown at precisely 1:17 in my video?

I had some students click on the "qualify" link and that took them to this page:

They signed into their accounts, and they were brought to this page:

What happens when they click "get access"?

They get this screen:

Get access.jpg

Fusion 360 is already installed on the computers, so there is no need to download it.

Sure. That's what happens at 2:11 in my video.

If Fusion is running, sign out, shut down Fusion, start Fusion again, and then try to login again.

What does the screen look like now?

Can the student use Fusion to do the steps I show at the end of the video?

One student who clicked on the "Qualify" link now is on the Educational license.  I'll have my other students do the same and hopefully that will do the trick.

Thanks for all of your help!

Here is a tip.

There is a built-in screen capture tool in Windows called the Snipping Tool.  (I assume there is something similar on Mac.)

You can grab much clearer screen shots than using camera.
And easier.

Thank you. I am familiar with the Snipping Tool and use it all the time.  The problems are occurring on student accounts, not my own - and it's easier for me to just take a picture of their screens than to have them take a screen shot and send it to me in an email.
