Student Version Injection mold Simulation and no Unlimited Cloud Credits issues

I have been doing injection mold simulations and now they are all failing.

I also do not show Unlimited Cloud Credits any more.

Does any one know why this is happening?

Is there a cloud issue?

Until an hour ago I had unlimited credits now it shows none.

Help?!!

Thank you for the quick response.

My Cloud credits are back but simulations are still failing.

I am running the same settings on my sims for ones that were successful 2 days ago.
