Student Verification Document Site Issues

I attempted to submit my Student Verification Document with every field completed with the appropriate responses and the site does nothing. There is no error message to any of the fields the continue button just appears grey for a second and then the site just stays the same, all of my information still filled out.

Are you using Safari as your browser? That's been happening to me lately [on other websites]. This website also seems to like Chrome more than Safari.
