Student license stuck on being processed

This seems to be a recurring problem w/o a user-side fix. A couple days ago I sent my documents in for a student license which were accepted after a few minutes. Inside Fusion 360 however the account still gives the message:
"Your registration is being processed.
It may take up to a couple of hours before your license becomes active. Continue exploring the trial or check back later."
The chat service drops me when I get to the front of the queue and the email customer service is non-responsive.
I'm hoping this forum knows a workaround or the forum administrators can direct this to someone at Autodesk who can do anything.
