Student license stuck on being processed

This seems to be a recurring problem w/o a user-side fix. A couple days ago I sent my documents in for a student license which were accepted after a few minutes. Inside Fusion 360 however the account still gives the message:

 

"Your registration is being processed.
It may take up to a couple of hours before your license becomes active. Continue exploring the trial or check back later."

 

The chat service drops me when I get to the front of the queue and the email customer service is non-responsive.

 

I'm hoping this forum knows a workaround or the forum administrators can direct this to someone at Autodesk who can do anything.

Sometimes it takes days. How many days are left in your trial?

Sometimes it can take a while but if nothing is changing then it could be an account sync issue which Education Support can fix: https://www.autodesk.com/education/support

Hi Phil,

  Thanks for the reply. I don't have any time on my trial and don't want to start a new account since my existing designs are all linked to my existing account.

Hi Leo,

  It seems like it must be a sync issue since on the website it says "You’ve obtained access to this product" but in the application it says its still being processed. I've reached out to email support and the chat system but haven't been able to get through to anyone.

Did you initially sign up for a student account at least 30 days ago, or just last week?

I had been using a student license for several years (I am a graduate student). It knocked me off several months ago and I just submitted the document to reup the student license last week.

Thanks for messaging here. I just dug into it and I saw your open support ticket with our education team. I did want to assure you, that the license can be renewed for educators/continuing students - and the team is working on it.

 

Let me dig in with them, and see if we can get this resolved ASAP.
