Student is stuck in sign in loop

I have a student who appears to be stuck in some sort of sign in loop. When she opens the Fusion 360 desktop application on the school computer it asks her to sign in. She clicks on the button, the browser opens, and she signs in. A new tab appears that says "Signed out of desktop", "You're still signed into the browser so that you can access your account and forums". The only option on that page is to "Sign out of browser". The desktop application window remains as the "Sign In" window. She has an account, she shows up on my team, but she cannot access Fusion 360. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

@alexander_hurst This is likely because of the team hub not being fully approved. Can you please share the email ID of the student or if you do not want to share it here you can PM the email ID

@asyif_alamsyah When you created your account, were you asked to create a new team hub? If yes, did you receive an email to go verify the account?

Can you also please use your account and login to https://login.autodesk360.com/login and see if it asks you to join your hub?

@asyif_alamsyah Can you also walk me through how you created your account? As in was there an invite you used to create your account. did your teacher/professor invite you into their hub that drove you to create an account? It shows that your hub was created on April 15. Do you remember if around that time was when you created your account?

I have the same problem. We had planned on using the desktop version, but one student kept getting stuck in a loop. So, I abandoned the desktop and tried the online version. He still has the same issue.

I uninstalled fusion from the laptop. I tried different roles for him. Any ideas?

@evelynL5N4U If you go to https://login.autodesk360.com/login and try to login it should give you the option to send an invite again. Once you accept the email invite, you should be good to access.

@nicholas_hoang you can try a couple of things:

1. Re-invite  the student and let them know to accept the URL in an email they will get
2. You can also direct message me the email ID of the student and I can see what is happening in the backend

I have tried reinviting the student and still get the same issue.

Private messages keep telling me an HTML issue or that I have reached my message limit

@nicholas_hoang Thanks for sharing the student ID. The back end shows that the student has a valid hub and an account.

1. Can the student log in to https://login.autodesk360.com/login
2. can they confirm is they can see your hub in there?
3. If the student tries to log into another machine does the same problem happen?

The backend seems to be how it needs to be. So trying out the front end options to see where the issue could be.

@abubaker3Y8L We are not able to find any record of this email ID in our backend.

Can you describe to me who invited you and if you already created your Fusion 360 account?
