My students struggles to get they`re student lisence approved, becuse our studentcards say Viken (county), but our school is called Glemmen Videregående Skole.

If students try to document they`re acounts with Viken schoolcards, they have the right documention.

Sorry for taking so long to get a reply to you. Does your question require an answer at this point?

I passed this along to the student verification team and they said this is expected. But it also sounds like the students who use the cards are successfully completing the license process. Is that true?
