Stuck uploading

I've been trying to save my current work, but Fusion has been uploading for hours & still says saving 0 of 2. I've cleared cache & restarted numerous times. I tried to find UploadQueuedFileList.xml to delete but it does not appear in the path where I've found it previously: Users > (username) > Library > Application Support > Autodesk > Autodesk Fusion 360 > (Lettered folder name) > W.Login.  There's a D folder, F folder and CacheCommandQueue backup.xml but no UploadQueuedFileList.xml and no Q Folder. Has the location for these changed?

The last force quit was this issue number:  CER_193382324

Diagnostics file attached.

Thanks.

Noticed something odd in your log file, all seem to be date 2016, is the date set correctly on your computer? Not saying that's your problem but seems odd.

Hmmm - I see 2016 date. I just didn't look at the files, just pasted & sent .zip. Computer date is correct.

I did a new diagnostics file - attached here.

Fusion won't quit now - I have to force quit every time to get out. Maybe I'm going to have to do a clean re-install?

Hi @jrodney55,

Interesting. All the log files with the date time stamp from 2016 are indeed from that year!! The first line in the logs indicates the Fusion build number, and they are 2.0.2087, which was shipped in June of 2016. I'm assuming some older zip file was accidentally attached, instead of the new one.

Anyways, in the new logs, I can see that we're having trouble uploading the following file: JGE v.4 April 5 2019. It seems to fail with the error: "Resumable upload failed or was cancelled"

Can you please check out this article: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Fil...

Specifically, you may need to disable this option: "Optimize file transfers depending on network performance"

Thx and regards,

Hi Ahsan, I already disabled that option. And in the past when this happened before, I followed the steps to delete the files in those instructions - and it fixed the problem. But the thing that puzzles me is this - in this pathway: Users > Jim > Library > Application Support > Autodesk > Autodesk Fusion 360 > RH2WP9X66V3E > W.Login there is still no Q folder and no UploadQueuedFileList.xml. So I’m wondering, is there some other place to look for those files? The diagnostics .zip sent was the current file that Fusion produced - so I don’t know why it’s showing 2016. So I’m wondering if something about the current installation is corrupted or messed up? Anyway as it turns out, I let the upload go on for a long time last night & it seems now everything has been saved.
