Stuck in Working Offline: Maintenance

I have had to re-install fusion 360 on my windows machine due to hw problems and have performed a clean install after wich fusion is stuck in Working Offline: Maintenance mode. I tried all the steps on another post in the forum on the issue and it did not help. Fusion is working fine on my mac (the machine is too slow to actually do something, but it does connect with no problem) and also iphone app can access all my files with no problem.

Could it be a server side problem with my account?

Are you still having trouble connecting with your windows machine?

You say the mac can connect which shows this is a local problem with the windows machine. Glad to help.

If you are still stuck, please grab your diagnostic logs zip file and attach here. That should show what's going on. The diagnostic logs are gathered from the Help menu under Support and Diagnostics.
