Stuck in maintenance mode

Hello support team.

I have been stuck in offline maintenance mode for the last week.  I have tried all the recommended steps in the support article for this problem with no success (flush DNS, cache, re-install, etc).  I have not changed passwords or e-mail.  The only recent change to connectivity has been the use of a VPN, but I am not able to get out of maintenance mode with or without the VPN.

When I try to log into MyHub I get stuck at the loading screen, no error message, just never progresses past loading animation.

I have tried the other similar threads with no success, wondering if its a problem with the account itself?

Also just noticing now that as I navigate between pages on the Autodesk site my account I am randomly logged out and asked to sign back in.
