Stuck at the Splash Screen

I have updated my drivers on my graphics card and tried rebooting multiple times.

I have installed and uninstalled the program, very disappointed.

 

Please, give tips or direction on how to repair.

Does it advance beyond the splash screen and look like the image in this article?

No it stays at the splash screen below and I just subscribed to the 60 bucks a month to see if that would fix and it did not.

I might need to see the log files. But please check to make sure that there aren't any graphics programs in the way such as Duet Display.
