Streamer.exe issue with unistalling and updating Fusion 360

1st I cant get Fusion to update. If i look at the job status is says updating but is stuck at 0%. 2nd If I try to uninstall so I can reinstall the update i get this error. I updated the windows C++ which is also attributed with this error. Restarted the computer and still the same issue.

I also get the same error when I exit Fusion 360

 I just now tried to install the new version over the last and gave me the same error

I just tried to run the Fusion 360 Cleaner app to try and do a clean unistall and I get this error. Will restart and try again

Still not working. Going through the manual uninstall process

So no luck with any online solutions. I had to switch to a different computer all together. No one has had this issue?
