Strange Move Behavior - Attempting To Move In Plane Tilts Component

see attached. trying to move these around in a plane but as soon as it's moved it takes on a strange (permanant) tilt. it's not just a temporary tilted view, it actually moved the component to the new position. @RajkumarIlanchelian 

If you message me I will send you the f3z file, downloaded at the time the video was taken.

please share the model here.  It is hard to tell what might be going on from just the video.  What happens if you do Compute All before you move?

Compute all before moving does not solve the issue. 

I just tried to private message send the model to you but there's no attach file option. 

I uploaded it to google drive but then got the error in the attached.

When you compose a message, you can drag-drop your files in this field. 

Your design includes external (linked) components, so the export will create a .f3z file.

You might have to zip it to be able to attach it (forum bug).

@tedbradley314 - thank you for sharing the design.  I was unable to find any error in the design itself, or other explanation for this move behavior, so this must be some kind of Fusion bug.  I've created FUS-175320 for this issue.
