Stranded Project!

I have gotten myself into quite a bit of a predicament. I am currently unable to access one of my projects. I am running the Education edition and I am the admin, and the project isn't shared with anyone else. How on the earth am I supposed to recover the project? Every time I try to access it, I get a "Read Access Error" or "Failed to fetch folder contents." To be clear, I am able to access every other project except for this one.

Open up the Web Database, using the icon at the top of the Fusion 360 Data Panel, and navigate to the Project in question.  You can then click on the Project Members and hopefully adjust the Roles.  This function is available to the Administrator of the Project.

Well, see that's the issue. As shown in the included screenshots, I get an error message when accessing the web portal, and I am the only user and the admin. There is no reason why I shouldn't be able to access my own project, and since I'm the only user I have no other way of accessing it.
