Stock, Holes and Other Geometry Looks Strange and Inaccurate

I have a really weird issue since the last update. All my parts and setups  looks so strange. I have added a sample file. When you are looking from Top or another view, it shows parts and features misaligned. For example Ø25 holes on the top looks like they are conical but in fact they are not. You can confirm by measuring them. When you select stock and orbit around the part this strange issue will be more visible. Every angle gives you different and inaccurate view. This issue is very important for me because we use this software in our production and it confuses us because of these inaccuracies. Any help will be appreciated.

On the toolbar at the bottom of the screen you have the camera set to perspective.
