startup license project creation failed "useage exceded"

First time starting program in about a year. F360 won't let me start a new project. I get the message "usage limits exceeded".

I've restarted F360 and the computer. Fusion says that my license is valid.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi @musiclite,

I am sorry to hear about the issue! Could you try the following items to see if that makes any differences?

• Sign out of Fusion 360, restart the computer and sign in to Fusion again
• Clean uninstall and re-install Fusion 360

If these don't help, please attach the diagnostic log files (zip file) and a screenshot of the About page, and I will work with the account team.
