Startup License dose not working

Hello,

 

I got an email that I got a startup license approved on 9th May this year but my Fusion 360 displayed term has expired.

And I had deleted the Web service folder but still expired. Do I have to re-apply a startup license?

Please help me...

Can you try clicking on manage.autodesk.com and see if you have a startup assigned for Fusion360 in all products and services. 

 

Click on Profile pic icon and check "Autodesk Account" and then click for "Manage Products and Downloads".

There is no information about I got a startup license so I had re-applied and got a license finally.
