Start-up license suspended, now I have 30 days trial time

Hello,

Today I launched Fusion 360 and I noticed that I lost my start-up license, now I see in the left corner "Term ends in 30 days". As I remember my old start-up license should be active until august or september 2020.

Can somebody help me with how I can receive my old start-up license?

I know that some time ago AutoDesk changed the terms and rules about the start-up license but in my case, the start-up license should be still active, am I right?

Thank You,

Damian Szyszkowski

Ps. Yesterday I launched AutoCAD LT with 1-year subscription. I needed to log in again to my AutoDesk account when I launched AutoCAD LT first time after a fresh installation. Maybe that caused the issue with F360 license?

Are you using it for business? Do you require file translation or collaboration with other Fusion accounts?

Hi Phil,

1) Yes, I am using F360 for business (earning less than 100k $ yearly)

2) I don't need a file translation.

3) Do I am collaborating with other F360 accounts? Hmm, sometimes I am sharing or inviting other people to my projects.

Is that mean I can't use a startup license anymore? I don't know but anyway the start-up license should be active for 1 year since I created the start-up license.

Hi.

I can't find any start-up account associated with your email. All I find is personal accounts, and that includes all history I can find associated with your email address (the one you are using to log in/post on this forum).

Here is an article with some information about the change.

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/article/Fusion-360-Free-License-Changes

To apply as a startup: https://www.autodesk.com/campaigns/fusion-360/startups

To continue with a personal account, first review the table in the first link, then follow this: https://www.autodesk.com/campaigns/fusion-360-for-hobbyists

Phil,

If You have access to my profile, could You check my F360 license history? I would like to know when I extended the start-up license. I think I have done it in August or September. So the license should be active for the next 1 Year.

To be honest... I think that I will have to buy the commercial license after all terms and rules update. But as I know the start-up license is active for one year. So I don't want to lose the startup license earlier than it should over.

I hope You understand me.

There is a support case open for this now. I cannot help any farther except to say I can't find any evidence you ever had a start up license. I'm not a support person so they can dig deeper than I.

Is it possible you have more than one login ID and another account is the start up account you are thinking of?

Hello Phil,

I already wrote an email to AutoDesk support

"Is it possible you have more than one login ID and another account is the start up account you are thinking of?"

No, I am using only one login ID and I have only one account with commercial AutoCAD LT license and F360 start up license

Okay, it's fine now. There was a problem with AutoDesk licenses. They fixed it.

Thank You
