Maybe you tell us what you are intending to do.

Your model comprises of surface bodies, and I would be expecting a Trim process and not Split Face.

(One bulkhead at the front has worked.)

Fixing yellow and red icons is as easy as Undo, (when they happen)

Could be these warnings are the cause of the question, but can't tell.

I eventually got most of them to work. These are formers in the hull obviously IScreenshot (21).png have to offset each one and extrude it to get width and thickness of the the former ie. 85x8mm steel. Why it has now worked for some and not for the others and why it has worked at all after giving me all these errors. As for the yellow dots you I must click on them and undo not delete?

Undo - When they happen,

but now the fix would be a nightmare.

While waiting for your reply I noticed that your early attempt was not edited, just replaced and there is duplication of the early timeline, further along - unusual.

So I do aircraft, but same for boats,

I would expect to see your hull thickness ( & stringers) applied before extracting formers.

I make the internal cavity a solid, then slice the body, and extract the face as dxf for laser cutting the former.  Something to think about.

Second photo to demonstrate the notches in the former, (provided).

I will cut the blue face from my material.

Ok, your sketchs make sence but I dont know how you got the solid body, because i also do aircraft, and the way i been doing it is using top, side and front view then joining with splines. then using the lines to loft out the skin. Screenshot (22).png

My technique is to make a sold model of my internal cavity.

Sides are thickened, and I run stringers, and other internal hardware is / are built in place, from the sources as you have done.  That done, I fill the airspace with boundary fill, and then slice that body for my cut faces.  External skins / panels can be developed.

Your model has no thickening for sides and hull, so the former development will have to be offset as a secondary operation. You mention extruding 8mm for formers, is all going backwards.

Will you need drawings or direct to CAM in Fusion or elsewhere?
