Spline to Polyine export error driving me nuts

I have a sketch that I want to send out.  It has complex splines in it.  No matter what I try it always exports with these double lines.  These double lines appear even if I use circles or arcs.  What is the cause of this? 

If I try export my files as DXF using the sheet metal function it gives me an error when I try to export the flat pattern as DXF "spline to Polyine".  What is happening? This program is very frustrating.

Please attach your model.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps.  Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive.  Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.
