SPIRAL TAPER ROLLER CONVEYOR

Hi, any help or advice as how to create a Sheetmetal (and flat pattern) part for a spiral taper roller conveyor side (inner and outer sides) in Fusion? Please see attached pictures.

Unwrap and Flat Patterns each require a flat piece (sometimes a dummy face)

Modify the roller to have a small air gap / seam, add an overly small flat face to the roller, and unwrap Flat Patterns will work.
