Specify distance of a body from a surface in an assembly

Hi All,

I'm working with an assembly and have 5 cylinders tangent to 5 "V" grooves in a block represented in the below image. My goal is to set the height of the cylinders from the bottom of my fixture. For depiction purposes (below image), I have a plane representing the bottom of my fixture and selected the bottom of the cylinder (in blue) needing a specific distance from the bottom of the fixture (orange plane).

 I can't find a way to define the distance using the assembly functions (seen in below image) and hoping for someone can give me a hand.

Set offset distance from fixture in the Joint Dialogue box.
