Sometimes clicking this changes the workspace

Just clicking on this to show the dropdown menu displaying all workspaces instead changes the workspace to the Design workspace. I don't click it then select the Design workspace. I just click on it.

Other times the dropdown menu will appear but for a fraction of a second and I'll need to click that 10 times before the dropdown menu sticks.

But most of the time of course clicking that shows the dropdown menu displaying each workspace.

@jeff_strater Hey that's 3 different behaviors. Which is the expected behavior? Been like this for years is this just supposed to be random?

- Time Magazine’s Person of the Year 2006
- Apple M1 Max rMBP A2485 // Latest MacOS // Latest Fusion
- Usually working off files uploaded to Fusion as: Step, STL, SLDPRT. If it matters ask me.

You're gonna have to show that in a screen recording. I don't think I've ever seen that on PC or Mac.

There is a fun one that's started rather recently where one can go to click on file and as soon as they release and move their mouse, it pops open a new file. Annoying and not reproducible in testing.

As shown in the video I only click my mouse button one time. It's quick, probably best to view at 1/4 speed:

A lot of the issues you demonstrate have one factor in common; your Logitech mouse. Does it do with the trackpad as well? When was the last time you updated the drivers are dumped that mouse for another?

It seems a lot of your issues are displaying the pointer in one location, but the actual point being selected is slightly off location

All of these mouse pointer issues I've posted about over the past 6.5 years have mostly been with my trackpad. Only got a mouse a year ago. Been the same over 3 different Macbooks over the past 6.5 years. Two Intel, one M1.

Mouse drivers up to date:

Mouse/trackpad work flawlessly with every other app I use.

Here's the same issue with my trackpad. Only took 2 tries to reproduce:

One of my lenses is cracked. Here's a clearer video. Took 5 tries to reproduce this time:

Thank you for your persistence in reporting this, I was able to replicate it after many attempts. I "think" what is happening is twofold:
1) There's a noticeable difference in placement for the workspace switcher. On PC, it's MUCH lower:

On Mac, it's roughly right below the workspace name. We'll get a ticket open to reposition that menu

2) I suspect that, after you press the trackpad/mouse, there is a slight movement taking place and upon release, it's now focused on the new menu (you can get "New File" to proc like this as well)
