Solid inside sheet metal casing

Hi all,

I am developing a part with an external sheet metal body and a foam inner core. I have the sheet metal part done but I am having trouble figuring out how to make an inner core to match the sheet metal form. Any suggestions?

Thats exactly what I want. how did you start your sketch?

I have started by 'Offset Surface' of the inner sheetmetal body.

Then filled the gaps by few Surface commands then 'Stitched' all the surfaces.
