so i am at the final step of my design and i did not leave enough space on the right hand side next to the z as you can see when i offset the offset is outside the main base anyway to fix this???

Couple of comment, if you're open to some feedback?

1) You don't need to put each letter on it's own sketch, this could have all been done as one sketch, it would make it easier to modify in this case

2) you have some lost references, take care to keep these to a minimum:

either one is fine but they have all been extruded already so i don't know if it is possible

I recommend that you start over from scratch using what was learned from this attempt.

Fully define your sketches.

Yes, fully define sketches, but I wouldn't necessarily insist that they start over. Consider this a learning moment and gain some experience from this mistake. Go to each sketch and just edit the position of the entities, adding proper constraints. The end goal is to have EVERY sketch entity turned black. Anything blue indicates that it's lacking constraints.

the issue is that there are a lot of lines and curves i have to project so if i do it separately i can make sure that i don't miss any
