Snap to box body or box component

In the attached file, I have a Body and a Component. Suppose I want to Create another Box using the corner of either the Body or the Component. After selecting the planar face for the new Box. I am unable to select/snap to a corner of either  the Body or the Component. How can I do this?

A work around is to Create the Box, snapping to the grid, and then Modify-Move point to point, but surely this is a kluge.

In the video I explain how to get a new box using Copy then Paste or Paste New.  I also show you how to create a new box using the Create New Component method.  Avoid creating Bodies, try to create components and activate them so all sketches and features fall under the new component.
